Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

To start a return, email us at support@lifewand.com.pa. Once approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate it and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. If you have questions about your item, contact us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, email us at support@lifewand.com.pa.
